Fantasy Super Rugby Mag Week 11 Round-up

Top Scorer this week: Gqoboka (INSANE PERFORMANCE)

  1. Let’s kick-off with SEVUUUU REECE and his launching of Kwagga like a Rhino at full-pace battering an actual KWAGGA, it was crazy!!!!!!! I’ve never seen a winger do that to a number 8 apart from maybe The Great Jona Lomu but I’m pretty sure I’m thinking of Mike Catt who was a 15(Its still the first thing that comes to mind when someone mentions Mike Catt, BURN!)
  2. Gqoboka managed to still pip Sevu Reece to take the top scorer spot. I’ve said it before, I had high hopes for this guy at the start of the season and sticking with him is paying off more and more every week, long may it continue.
  3. Hemopo was a great addition if you bought him in for Scott Barrett or Brodie against the Sunwolves. Hopefully he stays at lock and keeps earning those extra points for his runs this weekend again.
  4. TJ had BIG Game but was pipped by Cubelli who had his best performance this season.
  5. Always and I mean always check the starting line-upshttps://www.sport24.co.za/Rugby/SuperRugby/super-rugby-weekend-teams-20180116-2
  6. Boshier and Anton-Lienert Brown turned up for The Chiefs but the rest of them were pretty shocking. Boshier is a great cheap option if you need a flanker and has been in the Dream Team before, just saying…
  7. Jean-Luc & Dan du Preez both did well despite just missing out the dream team this past weekend.
  8. Jordie Barrett, Ardie Savea & Boden Barrett was about time sheesh! The Chiefs’s defense was poor but it looked like Jordie Barrett gained a yard or two of pace.
